Hello Agnes, We show that you placed an order on 5/19/06 for a subscription of the Onlingo program. At that time you were billed $6.95 for shipping and processing and you had a 10 day free trial. During that 10 day trial you were able to try out the product and decide if you wanted to continue with the program. If you decided that you did not want to continue you simply needed to cancel your subscription and return one of the cd's. We never heard from you to cancel and therefore you were billed on 6/6/06 for the shipment which had been sent to you. Since we still did not hear from you to cancel your subscription or stop the shipments, your second and third set of lessons were sent to you on 7/1/06, and 7/26/06. Per the Terms and Conditions which you had to agree to at the time of your order you would receive once shipment each month as long as your subscription was active. We heard from you to cancel this subscription on 8/11/06, and at that time you requested a refund. You are correct that we have a 30 day return policy as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. When you called into Customer Support on 8/11/06 the last shipment we had sent you was still within 30 days and you had the option of either returning this shipment for a refund, or keeping this shipment for a partial refund of $40.00. You chose the $40.00 refund which was processed and your subscription has been cancelled. Since your subscription has been cancelled no further shipments or charges will occur.
