I ordered two phone cases from onlybehold.com. I paid for 3-day shipping. I also advised the company to notify me if it was on back order which they did not. Eleven days later I had still not received my order. I contacted the company and was told it was indeed on back order. They could not tell me when it would be sent. After discussion I was told they would credit my account. I did not want to wait any longer and asked that they do so. Two days later I receive a package from a location in Casselberry, FL (same address as Elite Extreme who also was similar complaints) There was no invoice or anything to indicate what company it came from, only an address. It contains two phone cases similar to what I ordered, but not the same as the photo on the website and very poor quality. I tried to go to the website that was their parent company (which seems to handle the order inquiries). It is called The Only Phone Network. I wanted to obtain the phone number again. Strangely the site is now Under Construction. I will be surprised if I ever get a refund. At this point I don't even know who my refund would come from. On my bank account the debit is listed as onlymyphone.com. Yet another name. I'm thinking I am a victim of internet fraud. It sounds like Elite Extreme changed it's name. Look at similar reports for them on this website.

After calling the company again. (They don't seem to answer emails) and explaining I did not want the product because A. They were not as the photo showed B. They were already two weeks late (I paid for 3-day shipping) C. During a prior call they had promised me they would credit my account. D. The did not credit the account but sent the product instead. By then thinking I had a credit in process I had reordered from Amazon.Com They told me to return the products and they would issue a credit. I explained that I would NOT incur any costs on my part for their mistakes. They offered to send a mailing label. I reluctantly agreed to ship the products back when I received it. They said they would put it in the mail that day. That was 8 days ago. No label yet. I called this morning to find out where it was. I was told the computer systems had just shut down 10 minutes ago and they had no access to any order information. Sounds suspicious, especially for a company that has this message on their website. "The Only Phone Network is the parent company to an extensive and diverse web of e-commerce stores specializing in the enhancing of today's cutting edge mobile phone technology. With our professionally staffed multi-warehouse facility, elite customer service and friendly office staff our network ensures that every customer has an idyllic shopping experience. The Network has grown to a multi-warehouse state of the art facility with a staff of highly trained professionals with kind dispositions ready to serve you" This from a company who can't solve a customer problem, answer any emails, ship on time, keep their computer systems running or just keep a simple promise.
