I bought a "" Fur Vac " vacuum attachment and it is good, but... the adapters do not fir any of my 3 vacuum cleaners ? I phoned and e-mailed ONtel. They give me the phone run-around and then deny that it's their product. Their name and address is all over the packaging... What is this about ? all I want is an adapter that fits ! I said I'd be happy to pay for one... they hung up on me ! TWICE !
