OTIMUM ONE HEALTH CARE is a scam; a fraud that should be taking seriously by the authorities.

I enrolled with a sales person over the phone, he asked me how is my health, I said I am pretty healthy, I've also INFORMED him that I do go to my docotr for my insomnia once a month. He said I am the ''perfect candidate'' for this policy, it's PPO for people like me - healthy, who doesn't go to the doctors very often.

When I got the letter from Nation FOUNDATION LIFE INSURANCE COMPNAY - they have three phony names- OPTIMUN Health, UCA (freedom series) - stating that ''Mental /Emotional disorders are not covered''. Naturally I called them, they said that there's a 30 days waiting period before they would cover any medical bills. Yes, they took my money doing absolutely nothing because of that ridiculous policy ''the 30 day waiting period?'' And she said that insomnia is considered to be covered by the policy, so I didn't cancel it at that time.

After 30 days waiting period, I went to see my docotr, and of course, I got the same letter stating that ''Mental /Emotional disorders are not covered''.

They took about $500 from me in two months, and above that I am now owing my doctor $170 for the two visits. This company deceives and contempts the law and consumers, and crafty in evil schemes, futhurmore, they got away with it, that's just so unfair. The justice needs to be done.

I hope people will take actions against such dishonest business pratices, help spread the words, and protect consumers' rights!

We all know that how vulnerable and infuriate feelings are! Let's stop the greedy criminals who sucked millions of dollars from hard working people.
