Oreck Returned two items, garment steamers 2 years ago, never rec'd. a refund, even with BBB intervention Internet
I purchased for gift-giving purposes, two garment steamers from Oreck for $39.95 each. I did not receive these items until I complained to the company. I finally received one item a few months after I purchased it. With additional calls and letters, I finally received months later the 2nd garment steamer. By the time I received my order, it was too late to give as gifts. I returned both garment steamers and never received a refund, despite the many phone calls and letters sent to Oreck.
I contacted the BBB and Oreck acknowledged that they had on record the return of one garment steamer. They stated they would refund monies for one garment steamer and documentation from post office was required for a refund for the second garment steamer.
Two years later, having provided documentation several times to Oreck, I still have not received a single response or a refund for these items.
