Ordered a sat/nav for my car. I paid for it AND SHIPPING. It arrived inoperable. They had no other units in stock. Returned it ON MY NICKLE, and they charged me $100 restocking fee. So, in addition to be unscrupulous and fabricating lies about my order, they might be putting a dead unit back on their shelves.
When my wife called today about the status of the refund, the guy at the other end of the phone slammed it down in her ear.
These are unethical crooks. STAY AWAY
