All this comes from your admission.... You signed a contract with blanks...you didn't know who was or if anyone was doing the financing. You apparrently realized after the fact of the $3000 extra. Did you read the contract before you signed it? You were there for SEVEN hours! It doesn't take SEVEN hours to buy a car. They saw you as an easy mark with a "just have to have that car attitude" and kept you there to wear you down and you went along with it! Now you seek an attorney. An attorney for what? You signed a contract that you apparently didn't read! They have your signature on the contract which means "I have agreed to the terms". At this juncture, you'll probably be all upset with me because I didn't tell you what you want to hear. Maybe your attorney will also enlighten you about the mistakes you made in this deal. Get mad at him, too! Then go out and do it again!
