I just received my second Exclusive Hyundai Buy Back Program flyer. I drove the first time over 150 miles which took about 2 1/2 hours of time for nothing. I will not, nor will I ever make the trip again.
I was sucked in the first time because they quoted the "Black Book" Regional Average Book Value of $16, 620.00 PLUS up to $1000.00 Bonus Voucher. Once I arrived with the flyer they offered $4800.00 trade in, a difference of $11, 820.00, because they assumed only 10,000 miles per year. Nowhere does the flyer indicate this disclaimer. I will never buy a car from these scam artists. Good luck to anyone who reads this and tries to get a fair trade in.

Their flyer says they will pay "Black Book" value for your trade. Part of the value process in the "Black Book" is the condition and MILEAGE of the car. What, again was the Ripoff?
