Lori from Orlando Singles now real Orlando Singles, (they changed their name, clue not reputable) told me she was like the the Millionaire Matchmaker, that she had millionnaire clients. Sincd I was just recently widowed, Lori induced me saying she would match me with widowers like myself, even gave me the names of two widowers to match me with that never materialized. It was all nonsense. She never did. Their website of available men was limited, mostly divorced or no longer members. Guess they figured out Orlando Singles was a ripoff. Lori is manipulative. She told me I was a princess,(gag) did everything she could to get my credit card, touted the fact they did background checks. I don't know if that's true. No evidence this was actually done. They allegedly did a background on me which I paid for and when I asked for the check, she refused and would not give me a copy. Bottom line, Lori took advantage of me, a recently widowed senior for gain to the tune of $3,200. Taking advantage of seniors in Florida should be illegal. This company takes advantage of people. Even employees of this company on (((REDACTED))) corroborate they are crooks taking advantage of clients and are deceptive for gain which should be illegal I this State.
I filed a complaint with the State of Florida and to my amazement Attorney General Pam Bondi responded she had no jurisdiction over this company who does business in the State of Florida. There are many references on the Internet where Great Expectations aka Orlando Singles aka Real Orlando Singles was sued by the State of Florida and paid damages to victims. Orlando Singles and all there aks's should refund money to their victims for deceptive business practices and also should be put out of business For deceive business practices They work on commission and lie for gain. I am not the only victim. There are many. This fraudulent company has many victims and ripe for a good law firm to file a class action Lawsuit. I have more evidence to provide and will be happy to assist in putting this business out of business.

I was ripped off too! I was lied to. They showed me a magazine and fliers listing all the events that they have. I let them charge two of my credit cards $8,000 total, because I thought this included 3 years of entertainment. They had many events like cruises, off shore fishing, dinners, boat tours, meet and greets etc. I signed up at the end of the week. After I got access to the website and saw how small and what their selection of men were I wanted my money back. They send emails for you tonsign up for events, but you pay a premium price for everything.
Nothing is included in your membership fee!!!! They lied to me!! As I researched online I saw that they charge people rediculous amounts of money for access to their website. They charge whatever they think the victim can afford. Is it legal to charge one person $3000 and another person $8000 for the same service (access to a crappy website)??? That made me furious to see that some people were charged $500 while I got stuck for $8000. They would not return my money and told me that I signed a contract so I have no legal rights to get my money back. As a single mother this was very hard for me. I am still paying for my naive mistake.

I will be filing a seperate report but wanted the author of this ripoff repert to know I was also decieved by Lori in August of 2015. If we could some how get intouch I would be happy to work together , there are others. The company has now relocated to Keller Road in Maitland, Florida. They do not give personal matchmaking service or do background checks, as long as you produce a card with the funds that's all they want..one member paid with two cards. BBB ,consumer news channels , all social media are my next stops . I will be attending the events and speaking other members..as long as we don't talk to each other they win.
