Our Company received a call from Dr, Kaplan, requesting if we had any Keiser Functional Trainers, and small Compressors for sale.
I indicated that a Compressor was in stock, and we were in the process of acquiring a Functional trainer From a client in the Seattle area. He insisted on a exact date for shipping, and I told Dr. Kaplan that was not something I could do, the unit had to be picked up, delivered to shipping and receiving, and then preeped for shipping.
Dr, Kaplan kept on calling wanting this unit. So he purchased the Keiser Trainer, and the Compressor, We proceeded to set it aside for him. It took our crew four days round trip to pick up the Keiser machines that I was purchasing from this personal training facility in the Seattle area.
In the usual process, with purchases we received the Near new unit at shipping, and receiving. At this point we unload the product. inspect and then we must prep for shipping.
Shipping, Pallett. Bolt down on skid, cardboard wrap, and shrink wrap. This is all a, usual time consuming process.
The Keiser Compressor, and the Keiser Functional Trainer was shipped to this customer, just like any other customer in a timely manner,
Shipper, Roadrunner, Booking number. 11546531. Bill Of Lading, 11546531, 1pallett. Keiser Functional trainer, and Compressor. Shipping class 250. L 48 x W 48 x H 97. Booking Company. Freight Center.
In all this process Dr Kaplan kept on calling demanding shipping right away. He proceeded with anger, and became very belligerant to my staff. At this point I told my staff that we was to talk to me, and they did not have to take his abuse.I indicated a apology for his beligerant misbehavour was in order, and I would not tolerate his abusive language any longer. I told him the shipment was in the process, and he had to wait for the normal process of shipping, and transit time. This seemd to make him even angrier.
Beware of person, Very abusive, and demanding. I suggest. Stay away from him.

The shipper can be contacted. The information is their for any person to review and verify.
The issue, was his rude conduct, Which when ,I indicated to him would not be tolerated any further, he became angrier.
He did email a apology for his behavior. Only relutantly.

It is amazing how delusional Mr Lara is! He does not have staff that answers the phone for him and all conversations have been held only with him. The depature from reality is so large that it is actually comical!
All one has to do is look at 13 other reports on Mr Greg Lara and his business dealings to sort out where the reality and the truth lies.
