The company that I am CEO of hired www.otc-advisors.com for stock promotion and marketing services. OTC-Advisors is related to several other sites which I will give a unhonorable mention to for being useless. Brent DeRouen is the apparent owner of the company that I hired. He did little more than steal our money. This isnt the first time this has happened, probably wont be the last in the rough and tumble world of penny stocks. But, I hope to prevent other companies from being ripped off from this guy. He also operates under www.shamrockstocks.com . He is a total sham in my book. If you are looking for stock promotion for your company save your money and stay away from Brent Derouen. If you wish to hear directly from me and get a true reference about this guy leave me your contact information.

They are claiming that our firm has initiated a new way to provide coverage and awareness to public companies by means of www.investornewssource.com. This is a new website and we are not affiliated by any means with them. It is owned by Brian P. McFadden. He also owns Railnine Media - the bank account that money is being transferred into. We send this e-mail out to you so that you may protect yourselves. Derek C. McCarthy seems to be the ring leader but we know that all three of them have profited from this scam. Please dont let it happen to you! My name is Brent and I owned OTC ADVISORS. Yes Richard Surber of Utah (The CEO of Nexia Holdings, Sack Lunch Productions) hired one of my advertising companies a few years ago. He is a registered attorney and he signed our standard advertising contract. During the time frame of our agreement, after receiving numerous congratulatory emails from Richard regarding our services rendered, I sent him an email explaining the recent firings from our company and to be be aware of those that might call him pretending to represent my company.
If you read the email here that he has posted, it goes into detail of our concern.
However, the response of Richard Surber was to create 100 bogus websites with a copy and paste job with a "Review" of my company, in an effort to devalue my character and the reputation of the company. 15+ years of business, 1 complaint.
Unbeknownst to us, Richard Surber had a goal of Pumping and Dumping his own stock. Unfortunately for him, he hired an advertising company, not a crook like him that would spike the price of his companies stock - benefiting his personal interests.
Richard Surber has continued to hose any investor bringing money to his scam company. The SEC knows very well who he is as they have most likely received numerous complaints.
But don't take my word for it! Here is the chatter about his actions and his company on the #1 stock message board on the Internet!!!!!
He has changed the name of his company again!!!!
