The business was sold to my company over 2 years ago. We are a member of the BBB and have a satisfactory rating. What ever practice that was alleged three years ago is not done today. We have a 1-800 and answer all questions promptly. I have responded to this same complaint before from the same customer and tried to explain the circumstances. He seems to have a grievance against the previous owner. I wish he would take his complaint that is three years old to the previous owner and stop harassing my company.

This report refers to the original owner of the business. I purchased the business from him in 2007. We are a BBB "A" rated company and would not treat customers like this. We have a 1-800 number and would be happy to answer any of your question.
