Ms. Greenwood,
We again apologize for your upset relative to the air conditioner during your stay. We are surprised to see your upset weeks after your departure as we of course talked to you several times during your stay and we thought the matter was being handled to your satisfaction. The owner was faced with a costly repair to the a/c unit on the lower level of the property and he did seek a second opinion before spending the money to completely replace the system. We of course did provide window air units on that level of the house during the repair process so you would remain cool, and your comments now almost seem to connotate that there was no effort made to resolve the issue. It was no ones intention to give you less than a great value to your vacation and again we thought this matter was resolved to your satisfaction. The fact is that renting someone else's 2nd home sometimes does present issues that need to be dealt with during a guest's stay. It is our mission to minimize those issues, and solve them as quickly as possible. We feel that we did indeed do that with regard to the air conditioner. We also beleive that there was no cause for you to have to leave early as you outlined in your review as the lower level air conditioner was fully functional once it was replaced.
In terms of the cleaning we frankly heard nothing from you during your stay about cleaning and would have been happy to address that immediately. This is a basically equipped property, but all of our properties are impeccably clean and we don't normally deal with cleaning complaints like this. We apologize for that.
Sea Vue does have a remarkable view and we appreciate you acknowledging that. It is one of our most popular properties for that very reason.

Many properties even have virtual tours where you can see 360 degree views of each room in the house so there is never the feeling of getting less than expected.
In this case it seems as though you feel you were shorted on your vacation value and we regret that. We hope to serve you better in the near future.
