The owner Jason hired me to sell Direct TV and Dish TV for him. I made a sale and he never paid me for the sale. He gave excuses such as the mail is slow and thats why I havent got my check stating that other employees had to wait 9 days through the mail for their check. Its been over 3 weeks and I still havent got the check. He ignores all my emails, texts and phone calls. I waited for a few weeks after the sale to be paid and while waiting texted, called and emailed him several times to let me know when I will be paid... I was totally ignored with no responses. When I began to send text messages that I will let Better Business bureau and specific websites such as
www.ripoffreport.com know of his bad business practices then he got back to me within a half hour after neglecting my texts, etc for about 2 weeks. His excuse was that his father died and he was out of state for a funeral. I texted him and said sorry to hear that and that its no excuse to ignore your employees because when we're selling we need to call him to schedule an install,etc. (So he didnt let any of his employees know that he was out of town)??? Anyhow this guys a flake and a liar. Still hasnt paid me. He might do a good job and I believe he does, however, this guy neglected to pay me $100.00 for a solid, installed legitimate sale that was MY sale. If this complaint deters one person from using his services I will be glad. I think he feels that since he trained me with no pay for about an hour and a half and i quit on him or didnt get him sales he expected( much due to a bad foot and not being able to go door to door for very much walking time and its a difficult sale too.) that his hour and a half training will cost me $100.00. He wont get get away with it! If the good lord above decides.
