Overhead Garage Door Company Houston's Choice Overhead Garage Door Co Garage Door Repair ripoff!!! Houston, Texas
Overhead Garage Door Co is in business to rip you off by up selling you on parts you don't need and charge almost double what other companies are charging for the same services. My door came off the track and a tech came out to fix the door. It was over $500 for 2 new springs, new rollers, and getting it back on track. My neighbor a few houses down had the same problem 2 days later....$264 for the same job on the same door!
So I called Overhead Garage Door Co and asked for a quote on the 2 new springs, new rollers, etc. The owner quoted me $400. Then got agitated with me when I asked why I paid over $500 for what he is quoting me $400 on. He went on a rant about how long his co has been in business and all the other companies I called for quotes were not legit and $400 was in the ballpark of the repair.
Long story short this company is a rip off and the owner is very rude! I got suckered for $200 more than I should of paid. Don't let this company rip you off!
