Overseas Electronics Selling you used or open box items while advertising as "NEW" Chicago, IL Internet
I have purchased 2 cordless phones from Overseas Electronics of Chicago. 1 of the phone I got Sony SPP-946 is an open box item or used. It has no original wrapping and inside the box all cushions are gone. I contacted (via E mails) the seller and he told me they had to open the box and examined the phone and had no explanation why inside cushions are all missing and also provide me with no explanation why another phone (Panasonic) I purchased from them are not opened. I strongly believe he is selling used product to me while advised on the net as NEW. I have enclosed many negative feedback on Ebay where Overseas Electronics operates as Labbek as you can I am NOT alone. After I contacted him and told him I will report him to the authority in IL, he promised me a full refund. I sent the phones back to his store. After he got the phones, he told me that I have not mailed them back within 15 days thus he is only willing to give me 80% of the total. He sold me a used phone while advertised as NEW this is a fraud! He should reimburse me in full.

Overseas Electronics operated on Ebay as "Labbek" read his negative feedbacks you will know I am not a alone!

Customer used the phone for one month, Then wanted to Return it and then started harshing us, still we gave him a Refund according to our policy.
