Ox Car Care connected to phone solisitor who calls me several times a week for years Santa Ana California
I am registered on the do not call registry. I receive annoying calls about purchasing a warantee on a car that I sold years ago. I beg them to stop calling me and they laugh and hang up. They call back sometimes on the same day. I have turned them in to the FCC however they have some type of rolling phone number that cant be traced. Once I acted interested they conneted me to the warantee specialist "Jim". He and his office staff will not release the name and how to stop the solisitation calls. I have called them 15 times and they are holding this scam a secret. this is so fruterating I hope consumers get wind of this as they are part of a big consumer scam. I checked with the BBB and they are a new company so there isnt any history to prove so far. Their address is listed on thier website in Santa Ana CA.

First, I am truly sorry you are receiving these unwanted calls. I am not sure what number of yours has been called but I assure you it hasn’t been Ox Car Care for years. as at the time of this complaint we weren’t in business for years. I do understand that sometimes receiving multiple calls about the same thing can lead someone to believe it’s the same company, however I assure you it is not. Ox Car Care takes the DNC list very seriously and takes great pride in not contacting consumers that have not opted in one way or another. Any consumer we connect with requesting to be placed on the DNC list is immediately placed on Ox Car Care’s DNC list and not called again. It is not our practice to call the same people multiple times that request not to be called. Now I am not denying Ox Car Care called you once, but I can with great certainty assure you it wasn’t several times a week for years on end.
