Oxmoor House - North Shore Agency ripoff claimed to have sent us a book, but we never received anything from this company Westbury New York
I received a statement/billing. I sent a letter back indicating that I did not receive any merchandise from them and to be certain to correct their records. I indicated I did not owe $24.91.
Now after several months of sending letters we have received a letter from North Shore Agency, Inc asking for payment again.
We never received merchandise; this is ridiculous!
