Ozie Stallworth Secretary of State North Carolina.  As a former employee of Ozie Stallworth and Beverly Champion I can tell you first hand that all the rumors are true.  These two are beyond corrupt in their duties with the Secretary of State.  Laura Hollingsworth case was initially closed  unfounded but the complainant in the case complained a little to much and because of this reason, Ozie Stallworth and Beverly Champion decided to illegally take action against the notary, Laura Hollingsworth to keep the information from reaching the secretary Elaine Marshall.

I was the investigator in charge of this case and was told directly from Beverly Champion that "the first decision stays in the department, we cannot allow this case to make it to the secretary."   I was later questioned by Stallworth and Champion and it was clear that they were trying to find a way out as the case exploded due to the notary, Laura Hollingsworth appealing it.  They expressed their concern for the decision that they had made and were obviously back peddling.  I was asked on different occasions to go over the case and if I had helped the notary in any way by telling her to appeal the case.  I did inform the notary, Laura Hollingsworth to appeal the case as she had that right.  It appears that Beverly Champion and Ozie Stallworth felt that this was my fault and that I had put them in this position.

I was asked by Beverly Champion and Ozie Stallworth as to what I would say if subpoenaed, I alerted them to the fact that I would not lie under oath as I felt that they were pushing me to do so if I were to be subpoenaed.

Ozie Stallworth and Beverly Champion later began to question my decision on the case.  My recommendation was to close without sufficient evidence as per the preponderance of the case.  The case and my notes were provided to Ozie Stallworth who obviously failed to read the file as he does with most cases.  This can be collaborated by ANY employee under his purview.

The Secretary of State has had it's share of scandals it this is certainly another one for secretary Marshall to either address or look away.  I am going to make sure that Ms. Marshall does the right thing as she appears to be a fair and stand up person.

Now, recently I was fired from the office in part due to this case according to Ozie Stallworth and Beverly Champion.  Here is why, should the Secretary of State lose the appeals, secretary Marshall is going to ask why?  Beverly Champion and Ozie Stallworth are covering their behinds by making me the fall guy in fabricating findings in making it seem to be my fault.  Now, I have recorded most of my meeting with Ozie Stallworth and Beverly Champion and have evidence to dispute the fact.

Now, Beverly Champion and Ozie Stallworth are known to push religion and their beliefs on you despite your beliefs. They claim that they are Christians and if you do not follow Christ, then you are beneath them.  Beverly Champion has made several comments on my personal life and how she does not agree with my PERSONAL decision.  Beverly Champion is very judgmental and not trustworthy by the definition of the word.

So if you are having a problem with a notary in North Carolina, publish it here and let the truth be known.  As you can see, Ozie Stallworth and Beverly Champion are capable of falsifying documents, lying, deceiving to make themselves look good despite the consequences.

Opportunity 1: The Find a Notary Registry

Have you considered signing up for the new “Find a Notary” Registry?  Do you have paralegals or other employees who are notaries public?  Have you considered having your in-house notaries sign up for the new “Find a Notary” Registry?

Many of our citizens and small businesses may need the services of a notary only a few times in their lives.  So how are they to find a notary when they need one?  The Department of the Secretary of State (the Department) has an answer to that question:  our new “Find A Notary” Registry.  It is a voluntary registry on our website.   Notaries choose to sign up and then choose the content they want to list in the registry, including:
