We started doing PM work for Pacific Air in Late 2012, they shorted the amount paid, claimed it was just a typo. Did our scheduled PM at Harbor Freight upon recieving the email in April 2013, after 2 months called to find out where our check was, they stated that they never received it so they sent someone else.
I have signed paperwork (Pacific Air paperwork) from the Harbor Freight manager when we did the PM work. They had me resend it, then it kept going on telling me it was in billing, now they say they can't afford to pay both contractors. TOO BAD. I asked why they wouldn't have called me and to say they didn't recieve the paperwork, it only takes a minute to resend a fax. Now they say I would need to resend it all over again. WHY? What happened to it?
Now they state that they tried to call me repeatedly DAILY with no answer and no voice mail. I recieve calls daily and nobody else has an issue getting through or leaving a voice mail. Maybe it is time for them to PRODUCE PHONE RECORDS of their repeated attempts and I can produce my phone records of recieved calls to compare.
Pacific Air are scam artists who have a proven record of mismanagement, lost paperwork and NOT paying, and when they do pay, it is only half of what they said they were paying. And now they want me to do the PM work for Public Storage facilities across the entire St. Louis area. REALLY?
They are unprofessional, mismanaged and constantly running you in circles, they collect from the customers but have a track record of not paying the contractors who do the work.
