Pacific coast trade school Liars! Oxnard California
I was a student at Pacific Coast Trade School. At first the school seemed okay, so I enrolled. The first couple months everything was awesome. Then out of nowhere the teachers stopped caring and got let go due to money. No more students enrolled in the program. We were told they lost their accreditation and we were the last class. Then it got worse they rushed the students out of the MA program. I still needed some courses to finish and was told just do secretarial work of just answering phones and making appointments. This is what I did instead of learn. I did it just to finish the program. But then they started to take advantage and do all of their admissions work while they just sat on their offices doing nothing. I started to handle peoples private information. I stopped doing the work because I wasn't suppose to be doing any of that. Then they told me to hurry they had more for me to do!! Also they had nowhere to place the left over students so they decided for me to call previous students where they were working to help the rest get in with them. I saw all this and the school was so disorganized!! They had people's private information everywhere keep in mind their social security numbers! I found mine and threw it away just because I didn't want my information everywhere! Not only were they disorganized but their students did not have jobs! Maybe out of the 20students I called 3 had jobs but they searched for them. They sent all their graduates to temp agencies for them to find them a job! It's a total rip off!! I left for a personal leave of absence and when I called back to finish I got a letter saying they dropped me off the course! Man was I pissed off I looked for a different school to finish and I did find one and all they asked was for me to get a transcript of my finished work! Pcts declined it and yelled at me! They told me no and they shouldn't have to! I kept calling them back and they said they are not accredited and shouldn't have to. Wow professionalism! After me calling them over and over again they agreed on a progress report! I soon called the accredidation and guess what they are accredited!!! And still I'm here just waiting to finish waiting for a transcript that by law haven't received. What a good way of taking care of your students!
