I purchased a computer from Pacific Geek in spite of woot.com comments warning that they were unreliable and slow to ship their products.  Throughout a string of nearly 10 emails to Pacific Geek I was given three shipping dates, all weeks apart, and at one point even received a FedEx tracking email for a package which never existed.  I asked numerous times in my emails if the product I ordered was available and was told continually that it did, was "in the process of being refurbed," and would ship in a timely manner.  Finally, after almost seven weeks, I asked that they either ship my product or refund my money  or I would be filing for fraud.  At this point, I was told I would be issued a refund and that they do not have the product on hand. 

I wasted nearly two months going back and fourth with this company and have yet to be issued a refund.  Avoid doing business with them at all costs... A major headache.
