Complaint Review: Pacific Remodelers Group - Mira Mar California

 If you are thinking about working at / or working with Pacific Home Remodelers aka Pacific Remodeler Group Inc than think again!  Stating that they lack integrity would be too kind.  I was told I would get paid $375 a week for training and that training was for 2 weeks.  Than I would get 2-3 fresh leads a day.  Sounds simple enough right?  Good job with solid company and guys are supposedly making money on the job boards.  Bullshit!!!  I got paid $350 for the whole 2 week training aqnd got paid one week late, in week 3 on Friday. 

The training is forever or until you start converting there crap leads into gold.  The B reps get crap leads while they cut their teeth.  The A rep leads aren't much better, but they do get better leads.  Better than "Why are you hear?"  "Geez I didn't know you were coming." "Who are you again?" They say the appointments are triple called and triple confirmed, triple whatever, they are triple full of s**t!  Further the leads are totally mishandled by management.  I would be in Chula Vista about to get killed or raped in some notorious parts of CV and than they would try and send me to Oceanside.  Randy, Sam, Guy get a f**king grip!!! 

No newly trained sales person has the cash and personal conviction to pick themselves up by their bootstraps and go drive an hour for another crappy lead in God only knows where land.  On top of having 30 minutes to get there and it takes an hour.  No one wants to be late to an appointment especially when driving over an hour to get there.  Suck it up your management style is seriously lacking!  People get jobs because they need money.  Not because they need to invest in your bullshit.  Oh and by the way you are on call like a call girl 24-7  I worked 12 hour days and didn't what was happening or going to happen most of the time.     

The management never states that you need to be able to afford $40-60 dollars a day in gasoline just to be able to show up to their craptactular leads.  They call them rehash, reload, regenerated We salespeople call them crapola!  Guy is a piece of work and believes yelling at sales people makes for great salesmen.  That's exactly opposite of the truth.  Than once you get sales they pay you $100-$150 on a $15,000 sale?!?!  If you sale a $15,000 job you should get paid at least $1000 to $2000 but you end up getting nickeled and dimed over and over again.  They say that the reps are getting $20-30K a month in commissions.  Have you ever made $20-30K in commissions in a month?  What do you do?  Us guys go right out and buy a nice car, a nice watch and the whole bar a drink.  At this place not one salesman has a Mercedes or BMW or anything close to nice except the management and the managements are not that nice either.  The only ones with Rolex watches is the owner Guy.

In conclusion these guys do have great sales training.  If being really pushy and shoving overly priced construction down peoples throats is your niche than this place is your nirvana.  If you like getting constantly lied to and yelled at for trying to participate in sales meetings than this place is A No.1 !!!  If you like spending your hard earned dollars on gasoline while they mismanage your $$$ money and time than go right ahead.  If you like saling overpriced remodels and waiting until the projects are completed to perhaps get a low sales compensated instead of a commission than you're home buddy.  Look no where else!!!
