This company is fraudlant rip off of the money you send in. Their website rushes you to pay with your credit card saying you get a "full refund" if you don't want the program.

The "program" is the time worn HUD refund which has pretty well run its course. Of course, they do not tell you what the program is, only promise that you will make lots of money.

Well, I fell for it and paid $97 through my card. After I got it and saw what it was, I went on their site to request the guaranteed refund as the site promises. LIARS!!!!

When you go on the site to request a refund, a screen comes up and says that if you downloaded the "program", you cannot get a refund unless you go through all of the machinations of trying to contact TEN, YES TEN, people after you pay to get their names and last known address from bookoo years ago.

They list companies that you can pay to try to find the people which adds $$$ to the money you have already wasted.

I went to my bank today and reported them as a scam because they do not warn you before you pay, that you cannot get a refund after downloading without the ten contact scam. I am going to file a report with the Florida BBB and intertnet police.

So beware of this lying and misleading company and its egriegious cheating people out of their money.

Stay away, stay away or be sorry for all the work you have to go to to get a refund.

After beging ripped off by this bogus scam "comany", I went to my bank with all of the downloaded webside info promising a refund for any reason and then after ordering, upon trying to get a refund, the customer had to complete TEN, yes TEN contacts to get a refund. It did not say so before ordering. My bank reversed the credit charge and credited me with the $97 christine(Capital C omitted on purpose)had tried to rip off. Anyone else, this is an outdated and worn out FHA refund scam and should be avoided at all costs. They do not disclose refund information before ordering. BEWARE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
