Ralph at Palm Valley Spa Delivery moved my spa twice. They moved it to a storagefacility and back. On the return trip they broke off the water fall.
His "crew" promised it would be replaced within a week. They wrote on my receipt that they damaged the spa and that they would repair it. This occurred on 11-10-2010.
From that point on I started getting the run around from Ralph. Was told 3 times it would be ordered that day. I don't even know how many times I called and he said it was ordered and shouldbe here soon.
As of the Jan 2011 he will no longer call me back.I have ordered the $147.81 waterfall myself and installed it... not an easy task.Note: it only took a week for the part to come in and Paddock had all ofthe information they needed when I gave them my name.
Ralph is extremely hard to get a hold of. You will almost always get his voicemail. Usually you will have to wait several hours or days to receive a call back if it comes at all.
I would also like to note that there are scratches on theouter surface of the spa as well. Almostlike someone sanded the surface with sandpaper. It is from when theyslide it around on their"special cart" without any protection under the spa.One of his "crew" took a wet towel and "buffed" it out. Which looks fine when you sign the paper but then after it dries all the scratches are once again clearly visible.
