I have tried to retuned (3) three black jackets "talk the talk"
I have also sent many email before I lost total email contact, in my request I've asked if (Erna Davis) costomer services could send me the returned address labels.
I had received (3) three individual packages, two of them are still not open, and one of the package was open, in order to review the jacket. After reviewing one of the jackets I was not satisfied.
The zipper on the jacket was on the wrong side, the American Flag was facing in the wrong direction, The size of the jacket (xx large) it was to small.
It was not what I was expecting to receive
And I still have the original packages (according to the instructions on their own return policy).
All of this was information was reported by email to Erna Davis costomer services numerous times, before I no longer was able to stay in contact.
