That's the lesson to learn. I know, it's hard sometimes. After all, the frauds are very convincing. That's the only way to beat fraud. Once they get your money, getting it back is like trying to win the lottery. In the late 70's fraud was prosecuted a lot more. Now, things have changed for the worse. There is many more times as much fraud. Prosecution is more involved with drug crimes. Fraud is looked at as a white collar crime. Without any elements of violence, it slips through the cracks during prosecution. In addition, the frauds are much smarter. They've learned how to make investments far away from the original crime. The smartest crooks use banks of salesmen to do the dirty work. That way, the guy at the top never gets dirty. The sales crew is left to take the fall. Many times, they actually believe in what they are selling. If people would only stop and think! That's the one thing frauds try to prevent. They always hustle you to make an immediate decision. That's because most fraud stinks to high heaven. If you have the time to go home and think it out, you'll never buy. Hopefully, you'll be able to work with the attorney mentioned. Paul, Thanks for your input. Back in 1979, I made an investment, as a distributor, into a cosmetic company called Dynique International to the tune of $4,600. The scam was run by a fellow named Fred Pape. To make a long story short, the product was good, but overpriced and as a result, a hard sell. But like the E-Link, this is not where the heart of the evil lied. Fred was siphoning most distributor money to a bank account in the Caymen Islands, instead of putting it back into the corporate business. I had gotten involved after 4 other great woman, who had gotten burned as distributors by Fred and his Dynique International Corp, had banned together to nail this guy and his VP's. When I decided to get out of it, I was dealing with State Attorney General Sandy Feldman here in California at the time while working with another attorney, John Meyers, to get my money back. Before the Feds moved in and busted these guys, my attorney was able to get me back about $3,600 of my original investment. Today, that would be like getting back $36,000. They never caught Fred who skipped the country as I recall, but the other three men that worked for him went to jail for a good long stretch and what was left of the company assets were seized and put into receivership. I share this true story as an encouragement. The moral of the story? Evil can be defeated when enough care to bad together and fight it. These people have been in the fraud business their whole lives. You have no idea what you're dealing with. They are hardened criminals. They don't respond to desperate pleas. They laugh at lawyers. Even if you take them to court, they already have an excuse all set up. Remember, they've been doing this their whole lives. You're certainly not the first angry victim that demanded a refund. Or, the last. They've been eating guys like you for lunch ever since they dropped out of school. And, with twenty grand of your money to spend on a legal defense, they can out-spend you 50 to 1. The only way to stop these people is to kill them. Even that won't get your money back, since it's long gone. Probably hidden off-shore or in a real-estate venture twice removed from Pantheon. Sending your money to frauds is like tossing it into the fire. It's gone for good. All you can do is cry yourself to sleep each night. Hopefully, you've learned something from this.

Dear Kevin, You may have seen my post's, so I can tell you from personal experience that you are wasting your time trying to deal with Pantheon as if they were a reputable company. They do not respond to anyone no matter how right they may be. I have been trying to get my last machine delivered to me for the last 4 months. Every time I call, all I get is BS and more lies. You must accept one terrible fact. Your money is gone and the only way you will get satisfaction is to either take them to court or burn their homes and poison their pets. I suggest the first method. Dealing with these lowlifes like they were actually human is the biggest mistake you can make. Their Modus Operandi is stalling and lying. Everything they have told you up to this point is meant to confuse and frustrate you into submission. You will never see the great locations they promised and you will never see a penny of profit from these terminals. I installed my first and only terminal in a sports bar here in central coast California. After 4 months of operation, the location owner ordered me to remove the terminal. His biggest reason was that in all that time the EZLINK terminal was installed, the telephone would not function. Nor did the terminal furnish any of the revenue streams that were promised. After 27 phone calls to Pantheon, yes 27, to at least get the phone working. I was lied to and ignored. The EZLINK terminal cost me $56.00 monthly to operate. In 4 months of operation I made about $60.00. You do the math. So my advice to you Kevin is to stop believing that you can deal with these parasites reasonably. Your only choice is to take them to court! I suggest that you visit kioskscams.com. Once there contact the law firm listed and ask to speak to Cyndee. This law firm has been doing the leg work for months now in order to shut these cretins down for good, recover your investment and send them to jail were they will learn the true meaning of SUBMISSION.
