 As a costumer I always acknowledge when I make a mistake and when I do I take credit for it, but when it still entitles me to receive a refund because a companies services wasn't accepted I expect to receive a refund because I never received or was able to use their services. Now as I am a reasonable person I do my best to explain my self and the issue, and I did, but instead of helping they copied and pasted their policy and said they can't help when they are at fault, because their contracting business did not accept the parking reservation provided and paid on Parkopedia.com. What also makes a costume angry and upset is when they state how long they been in business and that the costumer is at fault, I don't care to know how long you worked there I just want to understand why I Can not receive a refund when I was never able to receive the goods or Servises I paid for. It's never a good idea to escalate the situation and be snappy to a costumer, it makes them even more upset and shows that they have horrible costumer service because instead of hearing me out or looking to find a solution they jump and blame me, the blaming game is not what a professional buisness does and is definitely not helpful or fixes the issue. It's almost as if they give up or it care to fix the issue and jump to blame the costumer. Ended up having to pay of their website and at the garage because they didn't accept their reservation number, and I continued to explains that and show them receipt that I paid twice, but instead of looking at the situation and asking questions they blocked me and told me my tone was rude, I was never asked any question neither did they care to fix the issue, all they cared about is ending the cionversation, blaming me, and repeating that they are not at fault and that they been is business for 50+ years. Who cares how long you been in business, that does ke answer my question nor does it relaxes me to not escalate the situation.
