We have asked many times for your order number or receipt id so this just leaves me to believe this is a false report again. Second, you can state all you want about our product. Its funny how no one is here to support your claims. We have been in business for many years and this will be our last response to this ridiculous claim. You can contact the BBB, its funny how their is no report on Pass-Guaranteed because they know these reports are all fake. Good Luck in trying to bad mouth our company, it won't work. We stand by our products and customers know this is fake!

Gary,
You and your company are in no position to demand anything of me. Again, I have already told you that I have spoken to you Tech support department in regards to this matter. In fact here is one of there emails sent to me.
From Tech Support: "You will not receive a file with the stamp off like we stated. I have sent your comments to our authors and they are reviewing your comments. This will be the last email we will send you. Other customers do not have an issue with this and other customers pass their exams easily using our product. Are you using our diagrams for your own students or something? This will be our last reponse regarding this issue."
Also From Tech Support: "I have also noticed that you have ordered many other products from us. Hm, very weird. We always had the stamps yet you are complaining now to protect our copyright. We will not respond to your emails anymore and it just doesn't make any sense why you so desperately want our trademarks off our diagrams. You emails will not be responded to and we are investigating your comments to see if they is anything we can do to move the watermark but the watermark will not be deleted"
This one is from you legal department: "I represent Pass-Guaranteed.com. My name is Michael Parnell. What is your phone number where we can reach you. We would like to talk to you. We have reason to believe you are distributing our products to others and we would like to discuss this with you.Also, please provide your receipt id or transaction id for your order with Pass-Guaranteed. You stated you have ordered from Pass-Guaranteed before as well and we would also like those order numbers if you still have them. Thank you. Looking forward to your response."
So I want everyone out there who is thinking about using your company to look at the screen shots and read these three emails from your company. The rip-off report is designed to bring to light company's that do not stand behind their products. Not only do you give me (In my opinion) a piece of garbage program that you refuse to stand behind. But then you question my character and accuse me of stealing. To top it off you rationalize this whole issue stating that I am a competitor just trying to knock you down a peg. Well Gary, I don't need to knock you down a peg, you are doing that on your own. Up till now I was willing to let this slide. Take it as a lesson learned as "Buyer Beware". But now I think I will file some more complaints. The first one will be on the BBB website. So you can expect to hear from them. In addition I will do some research to locate an organization in England that will follow up on the complaint as well. Just out of curiosity, how much money do you think this bad review hs lost you? Is it more than the $60-$100 dollares I spent on this garbage. You really need to learn sound business practices.

I am waiting for your Transaction id or Order number for this purchase. I have asked you to provide this information in the previous post. What is your order number or receipt id for your purchase.
This seems again like another competitor trying to bad mouth our company.

Sorry Gary,
It is too late for you to try and make any amends regarding this issue. I have already spoken to your Tech support team and they were nothing short of rude and contemptuous. Let's get something straight. These are not watermarks. they are stamps. Watermarks are see through or under the image of text on a page. I want everyone who is thinking about buying this program to understand the difference. Your stamps are directly over the information needed. I am not going to go through more than five hundred of your test questions that are riddled with spelling errors and content mistakes. That is your job to edit the program, remember I paid you for this, I am not going to do your work for you as well. I asked for my money back and your company refused. Well I can tell you this ordeal has already cost you more than just myself as a customer, as I have told every colleague I work with about this as well as shown them the horrendous emails I got from your tech support department. Your company could have supplied me with the non-stamped version or given my money back as an unsatisfied customer, you chose neither, instead your company accused me of stealing by sharing the program with other people which is completely baseless and untrue. There is nothing left to say and this will be my last update. I my opinion, This product is horrible and the support I got from your company is even worse, People need to know that before doing any business with you in the future.

Please reply back with your Order Number or Transaction ID, and we will be happy to reply to your complaint.
You must understand that the watermarks are used to ensure that other websites don't use our Graphics for their own use, and the only way to prevent this is through the watermarks.
If you require information not displayed as a result of a watermark, let us know and we will make the necessary information available to you quickly.
