Patrick Dalton first sent a text message to my mobile phone by saying he is a legitimate and serious lender on 6/04. He promised the only fee a borrower need to pay prior and after the loan disbursement would be $375. After such $375 I paid via Western Union, a loan agreement for $500K was conlcuded in a very poor simple form on 6/08. Immediately after conclusion of the loan agreement, he started to bring several new fees such as transfer fees, administration fees, and what's worse was the shortage of fund transfer fees that the account officer was received from Patrick which I was solicited to give financial aid to the officer in charge, etc.

So far fake wire transfer confirmations were sent by Patrick J Dalton twice and naturally no wire transfers arrived to our bank accounts. From the beginning of July, the third attempt of fund delivery was said to be made, but again Patrick Dalton requested me to send iTunes Gift Card to cover shortge of transfer fees that the account officer, Michael Vincent Malone had. The same ridicurous lies and pretenses were repeated and the last excuse was that the iTunes Card I sent was not enough to cover the transfer fees since the resale price of such gift cards dropped in accordance with BitCoin's price fall in the market.

With many non-sense excuses were repeated, even the third attempt of loan fund delivery has failed. He pretended many times that he has shortage of cash at hand and incapable to make fund transfer because Michael Vincent Malone, supposed to be an officer in charge of delivery of fund did not have sufficient cash at hand.

Too many non-sense arguments and pretenses as if he were a legitimate and sincere lender were repeated. However, he never delivered the loan since the first default on 6/05 to date.

He had shown the company's registration record. But, I suspect he may have nothing to do with the real Dalton Enterprises, LLC in PA as he uses his personal gmail address only with google subscribed phone number to hide himeslf.

Patrick Dalton Continues Fee Scam attempts very stickily by making so many fictitious stories and pretenses

Fri, July 19, 2019

Patrick Dalton recently drives the last attempts to steal more fee monies by pretending to deliver:

1. First $500,000 loan (a part of originally agreed $1.5M)

2. Up to $3,000,000 damage compensation payment

And he kept pretending as if he were at the bank to make wire transfers but kept insisting there are additional fees that we borrower must contribute to complete the final transfers. So many lies and non-sense assertions sent by numerous emails to date. This guy definitely must be punished by all means. Because of his continued scams lasting over 14 months, our company has become fallen down having been damaged all cash flow management and we are to file bankruptcy.

Patrick Dalton Continued his sneaky fee scams and taken $17,108 for proposed loan for $1.5M but never complied delivery

Patrick Dalton kept so sticky contacts everyday via email and implied that his Board of Directors has become concerned about non-delivery of promised loan for longtime and BOD ordered him to complete the actual loan delivery asap. By telling such story, he promised that he would take care of all remaining costs necessary to disburse the pending loan immediately.

However, despite his promising words given, he repeatedly begged us to make some contributions for shortage of transfer fees, reactivation fees, authorization fees, etc. all non-sense and unjustifiable fees. The way he intentionally did was, "The final cost of transfer is $125 but I have only $50 here and I request your mindful collaboration to get the transfer duly completed."

He repeatedly played such sneaky but arrogant way of fee solicitation as if he could truly finalize pending loan disbursement which had been left undelivered over past 12 months. However, despite our goodwill collaboratory payments made, no loan delivery has been realized to date. What's worse, he keeps inventing new ways of excuses why we need to give him supporting pays to get such badly stranded loan disbursement.

To date, as of June 12, 2019, the total fees scammed reached to $17,108 and over 149 times fee stolen. Naturally no loan fund has been delivered. Even today, he shamelessly requested $66 as re-activation fee of something. The solicitation unilaterally denied.

Patrick Dalton conducted series of new scams and lies total stolen money reached to $14,850 as of March 5, 2019

Patrick J. Dalton continued to produce so many non-sense logic and promised as if he would deliver the longtime pending loan fund but solicited transfer fees, fund transfer validation process fees (that banks never request), etc. He played so poor theater performance pretending as if he had no money even $50 to send the fund and kept begging some small money via iTunes as the last last last humanitarian aids to him.

What a miserable man keep pretending so. But as of today March 9, 2019, he stole total $14,850 in fees with 101 times fees collected all upfront but never delivered fund even a dollar. This guy is the most terrible scammer and crook that general public must fully be aware of the existence of such sneaky dangerous blood sucker.

This crook man never give up stealing money and total stolen rose to $13,525 as of 2.12.2019

Tue, February 12, 2019

Patrick J Daton tirelessly keeps contacting me by pretending he were ready to rectify all his past wrongs and deliver the promised $1.5M loan to our company. Some unjustified fees again paid via iTunes cards and the total paid fee reached to $13,525.00 as of Feb.12, 2019.

But, accumulated lies and fictitious stories never create a reality and the loan fund has never been disbursed at all.

REcently, he pretends as if he personally does not have any pocket money to send the loan fund to our account, and keeps begging, begging, and begging by sayins, "This is the very last chance you ought to give me sir". Truly ridiculous scammer he is!

Continued pretenses and poor theater performance failed. But the total scammed iTunes cards reached to $12,475.00

Patrick Dalton has tried to play a poor theater performance by pretneding as if he would deliver the $2.0M loan. He kept begging for $25-$50 iTunes card by saying he had none available by his own and kept pretending as if he were dying for hanger and lack of transportation cost to get back home.

All such pretended performance were rejected, but as of 1.22.2019 total scammed fee amount reached to $12,475 with 83 times iTunes Cards scams taken. He is one of the rarest man who kept seeking small fee amount of $25-$100 consistantly begging to match up with his short transfer costs.

It is a surprise that there exists such a man who kept begging for small money to fix the harms and damages he caused to us. But, this is the end.

Patrick Dalton committed his fatal error by sending a bad fake wire transfer confirmation from Wells Fargo

#7Author of original report

Wed, November 21, 2018

Patrick Dalton commited his last fatal error by having sent the wire transfer confirmation supposed to have been dispatched from Wells Fargo Bank.

Prior to this final attempt of scam, he begged and solicited me to grant him the very last chance to recover his lost trust. I have granted my last mercy to this poor man the very last chance by giing him $650 value iTunes Card.

As of yesterday, he attempted to send the wire for $1.0M from BBVA Compass Bank by saying "transaction completed and our account had been debited" however, he failed to send the confirmation by saying "Printing the receipt costs additional $50 and I have no such money and I want you to help such money to get printed the receipt" I rejected and the wire had never arrived.

As of today, the very last day, he told he had changed the sending bank to Wells Fargo and shall complete the transfer unfailingly and requested another transfer fee for $175 to which I gave him $200 iTunes Card. At the end of day, he submitted a confirmation of wire from Wells Fargo per attached, but it was outright fake made by low level skill set. I told him, "You sent again such toy fake confirmation and you revealed to be scammer thief and you now must pay the price". He refuted that the document sent were not fake.....unfortunately he failed and committed fatal error to complete his final scam attempt. As he sent today various new pictures and other documents, I attach here for the knowledge of general public to prevent any of his future scams.

Total fees taken has reached to $10,400 as of today Nov.21, 2018

What Makes You Think He Was Legitimate In The First Place??

#8Consumer Comment

Tue, August 28, 2018

Patrick Dalton first sent a text message to my mobile phone by saying he is a legitimate and serious lender on 6/04. He promised the only fee a borrower need to pay prior and after the loan disbursement would be $375.  I guess for starters, no one legitimate sends a text offering loans.  No one.  Lenders use traditional advertising only.  Then, any legitimate loan would not include upfront fees.  Legitimate loans have fees tacked onto the loan balance and paid off over the life of the loan.

Then the scammer sends you to Western Union - so that you can't track the cash and pull it back if it's fraudulent.  The key isn't whether the guy is legitimate or not.  No legitimate lender would ask for a fee upfront to get a loan.  If he/she does, then it doesn't matter whether he uses the name of a legit business to hide themselves.  The transaction isn't legitimate, therefore whoever you're speaking to is not legitimate.

Immediately after conclusion of the loan agreement, he started to bring several new fees such as transfer fees, administration fees,  Of course because he knew he had a sucker.  You should have known the minute the guy came up with these other fees, that the $375 you sent him was gone.  But you were hooked onto the $500K, and the scammer used either your own trusting behavior, or your overwhelming desire to secure $500K to manipulate you into thinking you were going to get the funds.  I mean if this guy really had $500K to loan you, why wouldn't he simply front the fees?  He has a song and dance as to why he can't.  In reality, it's because he has no intention to send you the funds.

Now you're on their sucker's list which means you will continue to get solicitations like this both by text and by e-mail and continued promises for money by people with no intention of providing.  Ignore.  The money you sent is now gone.  Sending more good money after bad is kinda dumb.  Chalk this up to your own inexperience.

The Federal Trade Commission's website warns consumers about advance fee loans and how they are scams, including the use of Western Union and gift cards to transfer cash.  Western Union locations even provide warnings to consumers about such scams because they know once money is sent through them, the money is gone and there's nothing you can do about it.  Read more about it on the FTC website and best of luck to you...

Continued scam attempts by charging many small fee payments but never delivered the loan fund over 2 months

#9Author of original report

Tue, August 28, 2018

Patrick Dalton continued undelivery of the loan for $500K contracted on 6/08/2018 by saying he has short in cash to pay for the wire transfer fee. He pretended as if he were at very rural remote place and cannot give money to the agent person supposed to send wire transfer to our account. Continued to request us to collaborate for the payment of transfer fees more than 13 times after receiving our payment via iTunes Card and Amazon Gift Cards.

The total amount stolen by this man has reached to $6,825 as of 8/27/2018. He keeps telling, "The loan will be sent immediately after you send the remaining shortage of the fees needed to comply the full cost requested by bank". After over 2 months and a half of loan delivery default, the man keeps saying the same story. He is an incredibly low level of scam crook.
