I was sent a promotional email by an affiliate and not heard of Paul Lester before but his "Sales Letter" seemed interesting and offered a money back guarantee so I bought the product for $9.95 and the so called "upsell" for $17. After downloading the so called report and reading it, I realised that his method of promoting offline was against the terms of Cost Per Action (CPA) networks so I asked for a refund....he did not reply to a single email. His so called guarantee on his website did not mean a thing and is totally worthless.
I complained to Paypal and they got back to me to say "...During our review, we found that your seller had sufficiently described the item. Therefore, we were unable to decide this case in your favour."
I wrote PayPal and told them that the techniqes being promoted were against the terms of the CPA networks and were PayPal endorsing such illegitimate methods? PayPal never replied.
Anyway further search on the websites reveals other unhappy customers and warnings.
