we found on craig list auto body shop to fix our car after car accident. They told us , they will fix car in 3-4 days and we will pay them $1550 from insurance company check $3000, and keep rest of the money, they make us to sigh paper with agreement on $1550. We dropped the car by them house, becouse, they said the autobody shop too far. They never fix the car in 3-4 days, they was keep car 2 weeks, and never want to show us where the car was. In 2 weeks they show us car... nothing was done. They keep car another week. They was streching time. 3 days ago they called us and tell, what they want all check for $3000 plus storage fee $35 a day /$1000/ . Yesterday they called us and tell, they will sell our car on auction. We did investigation and it's no such a business Paula stark superior Automotive and No such address 4 graham dr, rockdale il 60436. / the address over there is 4A, 4B, 4C , we made a pictures and a video. No such business on line eather. This people was invalved in Drew Peterson case, the police officer, which wife's was desapiard. /all on line/. We talk to mr. Joel Brodsky /drew Peterson lawyer/. He tell us what this people are criminal, very dengeriuos and what did to us , that how they making money. Nobody want to help us.... Lawyers need a lot of money, police department don't want to make police report... we don't know where the car, they are hiding car . Is it anybody can help us ?? WE called all New's channels, nobody called us back.. Please help us. WE make a few complaines reports on line, but no respond at all... HELP, please.

I am currently in the process of preparing a suit against Len & Paula. Your story is very similar to mine. We were also told the shop was too far, that work would be done from the house. We gave a very large deposit on the parts that were supposedly ordered. The work was never done, and our money was stolen and never returned. Luckily, we were able to get our car away from them. They have acknowledged to us that they know they owe us the money, but spent it and don't have it to give back. I have been waiting for one year. The car remains unrepaired as we are waiting on the return of the money. Contact me at (((ROR redacted))) We can pursue legal action together.
