Payless Tanning Lotions "Trina Hasty" got my order mixed up with another order and never made it right or refunded my money Indianapolis Indiana
on 04/26/08 I placed an order for 18 bottles of various brands of tanning lotion totaling $171.04 charged to my Mastercard. I never received my order by finally did receive 1 bottle with my name and address on the outside and another name and address on the invoice on the inside of the box.I tried everyday to get "Trina Hasty" to help me and she made promises and nothing ever happened. I contacted the person whose name was on the invoice and they had received my order with her name address on the outside and my name on the invoice on the inside of the box. We exchanged orders which ended up costing me $20.00 to pay them for my order and $10.00 to send her 1 bottle to her.
To make it worse my order was so damaged it will not sell, and it is only half of my original order. Trina Hasty will not respond to any of my e-mails, so I have a few damaged bottles of lotions that cost me a total of $201.04.
I reported all of this to the BBB in Indiana and after many attempts from the BBB and myself neither of us has had any response from anyone at the payless co. or Trina Hasty.
Today when I saw another complaint on Trina Hasty I could not wait to tell my story. This company and this "Trina Hasty" if she even exists needs to be stopped and I intend to do all I can to see that they are.
If you read this and have a complaint on this company please report it as I have done just now.

This my third report complaining about the Payless Lotions company and Trina Hasty. I am on a mission to get anyone and everyone who has been ripped off by this company to write a letter to the Ripoff Report. All of the letters that I have read so far are nearly exactly the same. We all placed orders VIA the internet and after not receiving our orders got e-mails from Trina Hasty promising that there had been a mix up in our order and that a new shipment was being sent. There has been no order sent and no refund on my credit card. I was out a total of $201.04 and I want them stopped and Trina Hasty prosecuted for what she has done. This is obviously a scam operation and it needs to end now. If you have been ripped off by Trina Hasty please write to the Ripoff Report and to the BBB in Indiana. I live in Pampa,Tx. and I filed a Rip Off report on the Payless Lotions Co.-"Trina Hasty" yesterday, and since then I have been amazed at all the reports that have been filed on this person. I will write a report everyday if I have to, anyone that has been ripped off by Trina Hasty should do the same, I will do whatever it takes to shut her down and put a stop to her scam. My order was placed on 04/26/08 and at first she would e-mail me back with all these same excuses and promises, and never any results. I turned it over to the BBB in Indiana and they had no response from her so they therefore closed my case. I feel like the BBB should open the case or at least look at the long lists of complaints on the Ripoff Report page. I urge anyone who reads this and has been ripped off by Trina Hasty contact the BBB in Indiana asking them to investigate this more thoroughly and do what ever it takes to put a stop to this scam now. I lost $201.04 and to me that is a lot of money, please help me and anyone else who has been scammed by this company to get some results. Linda in Pampa, TX.
