Paypal and ebay work together to scam and hold payments! I have been selling on ebay for a couple years now, with problems on and off, the first thing that really set me off was in 2006 i sold 5 stamps to a man in new york, 60 dollars for the stamps, i sent the stamps paypal held the payment, sometime later there is a dispute, the buyer claiming they havent recieved the stamps, but i know d**n well the recieved the stamps as mail honestly doesnt tend to get lost, it gets stolen by the people that originaly pay for it then recieve a refund! So my paypal account has been unaccessable for sometime now about 2 or 3 years. Recently i tried to sell an ipod touch, the auction ended for 125 dollars the winning bidder was sleepinginsomniac917. i wait a couple days for the payment then recieve a message from the buyer stating he never bid on this he is refusing to pay for it, mean while ebay overdraws my bank account forcing the bank to charge me 44 dollars for a transaction i never authorized, in addition to ebay charging me the final price fees for an item the buyer refused to pay for! I am still waiting for my refund for the fees they charged me!

I later listed a psp, item number (220313001112) it was broken sold as is, go figure they hold that payment along with payment for a phone i sold, the item number is (220311431569) and a couple other items totaling 205+ dollars. Items were shipped nov 18th 2 day priority mail, it is now the 25th and yet still my money is being held! Then this morning i wake up to another suprise, what do you know this d****e bag Rithy (ebay user id trippar) files a claim for recieving a broken psp? YOU DUMBASS IT WAS LISTED AS BROKEN!!!!!!

The following is from the actual dispute.

Buyer: (SONY PSP)This item is NOT as described.(The listing says broken screen, everthing else is in GREAT condition. BUT...... When I received this item. #1- The face plate is very scracth (Shipping with-out any bubble) #2- The PSP has been opened up before (Missing screws) #3- The clip for the wire for the screen is broken off #4- I replace it with a brand new screen but (this item do not work, its junk)

PayPal: rithy vong requested a $60.50 USD refund.

PayPal: Martin denied Rithys request for a $60.50 USD refund.

Seller: The item was listed in AS-IS CONDITION! If you wanted to know if it had been opened or if all the screws were there, you should have asked not assume. "The system is as-is because it is broken" it was listed as broken!

PayPal: Seller escalated this dispute to a Claim.

Seller: The item was listed in as-is condition, noted in the title and description that it was broken, and they expect a refund for recieving a broken psp. The title reads "PSP system with broken lcd" also part of the description reads "The system is as-is because it is broken". I listed the item as broken, they recieved the item broken, just as it was described to be. I think it is rather ridiculous that they are pursuing a refund for an item that they openly bid on knowing it was broken. Being a smart consumer, if they expected something that was not broken, do not purchase a product listed as BROKEN! If the buyer was so concerned about the screws and making sure the clips were all intact they were more than welcome to have contacted me and specifically ask. I made no promises that every screw was included or that the clips were there, nor did I know that either was missing, but i would have been more than happy to check. Therefore I do not believe it is my responsibility to issue a refund for they're mistakes.

So first off you illiterate moron, dont desciminate my items, you cant even understand basic english. AS-IS means AS-IS if its broken your buying it broken if theres pieces missing your buying it without the pieces!

I have a feeling paypal will side with the buyer as i have realized for the most part is all they do, so if anyone can help me or assit me in getting any of my money it would be great. I only sold items on ebay because i lost my job and need to pay insurance and would like to beable to provide gifts for my loved ones this holiday season but paypal and these idiot buyers fu*k me over!
