Complaint Review: PC Heaven - Thousand Oaks California

Checked with the CITY OF THOUSAND OAKS . PC Heaven  aka Brian Whyte has NO PERMIT to work in Thousand Oaks. Brian Whyte has NO LICENSE  to work.  A  P.O BOX is NOT a Legal address for a home oucpintcey business. This has  been reported. At his point is his name even real?  See for yourself call the City of Thousand Oaks.

I came across this and had to comment;

I think this couple is just making things up while assuming their lies wont be
responded to.

I see the owner has already apologized to them and it looks like hes done with their
comments.

Ive known this business owner for over 10 years.

Hes a very good person and its a very good company.

He wasnt talking in the 3rd person, he is the owner.

Hes not the only one that works for this company.

I have had 3 different technicians from his company working on my pcs.

I dont believe he was lurking outside their home to take pictures.

Anyone can see by moving their mouse over the last picture he posted;

All posted pix were taken while in car

My guess, is probably while driving away.

You can see he cropped them, I guess, to make them look bigger?

I really dont think the police care about anyone taking pictures of my house or they
would be arresting Google!

It seems like they got their ego bruised and lashed out in a mean and hurtful way to
effect the business owners ability to make an honest buck and put food on the
table for his family.

What if someone called their employer to do the same? No food on your table? No money
for bills?

Shame on them.

No monies were exchanged.

No services were performed.

Nothing to report to any agency.

I know that even the BBB wont post this type of Hate Crime that they are perpetrating.

From what I understand, Attorneys and Lawyers run these types of websites.

You can see their names at the top of this page.

They reproduce anything thats negative about a company.

Then contact the business to offer their services to Arbitrate a so-called Solution
for money!

I think anyone else who comes across this garbage will ignore it.

It is important that people know Brian Whyte is self-employed and has no employees. Once again he is speaking in the 3rd person. Referring to himself and PC Heaven as 2 different entities is misleading and we feel that people should know this.

Due to Brian Whyte's aggressive behavior inside and outside of our family home, including lurking outside to take photos of our home for rip-off report, has resulted in us contacting the police.

His last post was a misrepresentation of himself as a 3rd party who was being talked about by PC Heaven. In fact Brian Whyte is the owner of PC Heaven and the only employee. We felt it necessary to make this point clear.

PC Heaven apologizes to Mr. Briggs and his wife for any misunderstandings that may have developed between them and Mr. Whyte. 

PC Heaven prides itself in customer satisfaction, integrity and a high level of service.

PC Heaven is disappointed that it was not able to assist the Briggs family.

  #1 see for yourself how Brian Whyte has spent his time since seeing this post. Brian Whyte has been stocking our home and taking pictures of it for this sight. 
I think his actions alone from his own post shows he is mentally unstable. Read it for yourself. Ask yourself this. If you reported his strangely  inappropriate behavior on Rip Off report how would you feel about him lurking outside of your home and taking picture of your property to post because of his ( anger).  Now ask yourself now that you can at least see for yourself this is what he did after being reported to Ripoff report. Would you want this man in your home around your family?
  #2 I'm not going to waste my time defending myself against his laughable lies. I wasted enough time calling off work that day waiting to get my computer fixed by Brian Whyte. Brian Whyte mixes truth with lies. The best con artist do. We are trying to redo  the front yard to make it prettier. We have entertained friends and family from everything  from BBQ's to Christmas. So guess you would have to know us or take my word. The lies are so ridiculous  anyway I would think they would be hard to believe. I find it ironic that it is a fact that our community church and neighbors have all helped with the front yard. Strange that this would be Brian Whyte's fascination.
  I thought his job was to fix the computer. Righhttt?????
To add he did promise a flat rate over the phone and tried to change it and fast talk when he got here. It was when I had to stop him from trying to go farther into my home ((He was pressing to get by both of us to find the room with the computer)) that he realized I was serious about wanting to READ my contract before signing it. That was when Brian Whyte starting insults that he must have known would get him thrown out of our home. 
 #3 It is all right there for you folks. It is a shame people can lie about you in retaliation. I guess that is the cost of standing up for ourselves. I would like to Thank RipOff report for letting us exercise our 1st amendment rights. I am proud we are honest and clean lols :) people. I truly believe Brian Whyte has shown his craziness on his own. You be the judge. So happy to have been able to warn everyone.

1st We have filed a Slander & Blackmail Police Incident Report with our local Authorities.
2nd We are moving forward with the FBI, since this website is in another state, they are willing to accept this case for Slander & Blackmail, where-as the websites owner only excepts monies to arbitrate and remove this Slander, since we never serviced / ripped-off this individual.

So I guess this complaint must be the beginning of the customers wrath that she promised; ,,,that she will ruin my company, while cussing at me both inside and outside the house, and while walking to my car, to which I responded god bless you Christine, and god bless you Brian, as I felt very bad for them and the current situation that they are obviously in. 

As a former U.S. Naval Submarine Officer, and a former IBM / Digital / DEC Senior Computer Engineer, Im never surprised by what I find out, or whom I deal with nowadays while running PC HEAVEN and enter homes.

I once ran up-to 27 computer technicians up / down the So. Cal coast to Customers, solving their everyday computer problems, I could write a large book over what we heard and saw, because when you deal with the public in their own homes, anything can and often does happen and with over thousands of existing customers will still see it day in day out.

So in this case, the customer initially called us for service, but we later were inform by them that they went with another company whom quoted them $50/hr then another $50 to fix their problemas I recall her story, but when they got to her home, she said they then said they must now take her pc and it would be more money? (lets hear from that company)

So they called us back here at pc heaven to schedule an appointment, as they were looking for same day and saving money our service looked more expensive at first but now looked ok. 
 
I stated our standard pricing to her once again, stating that yes we have a contract with everything in writing, we dont bait and switch, but why so concerned about it? I also asked if there was anything special about their computer/situation that would make the other computer want to take her pc back to their shop?

The Customer said no, their situation was completely normal(but it wasnt).  Well, in that case I should be able to charge you only a 1-hour fee to remove the virus, and we scheduled the appointment.

WOW, I then arrived, at their house,I had to ask myself, was I in Thousand Oaks, or Detroit? really this home looks like it didnt survive Katrina. If it was in a HUD(Home Owners a*s) they would have been foreclosed on for the condition it was in, and this was only the outside.

By the time I got up to the house door, stepping over a broken 2ft uplifted driveway and the abandon pieces of equipment covered in tarp, tools, garbage, and torn up/out lack of landscaping, I arrived at a front door that looked like, well weve all seen a door that a dog tried to get though with his paws right? This one, or two (double doors) looked worst and flipped around to show outside.

I had a very bad feeling about this even before I entered the house. But, Im a nice guy and I live in the real world, god bless, so I knocked, and the husband; Brian answered, and we entered a home that was in oblivions distress; dirty, hordes stacked everywhere, garbage everywhere, walls, ceilings, doors, windows thrown out/down, and something Ive never seen before old letters taped all over the ceiling, something scary right out of a movie.

So being a god fearing man, living in the real world, I pushed on, and I asked; whats up with the house? ha ha? To which they said that they were doing a little remodeling. (remodeling? I thought? Its a teardown) Then she wanted to see the contract, which I handed to them and she directed it to the husband?, he said Whats is this, and I stated reciting our standard contract in black and white with a 30 day written warranty only to be interrupted by the wife? yelling at me, that it should read a 1-hour max and I was a fuxxxx lying puxxx..and would not stop with the drunken sailor mouth.! 

Woo, where did this anger come from? I said I should still be able to remove your virus in an hour, however since the condition of your house is anything but normal, Id like to see the pc before agreeing to a 1-hr fix ( Im thinking this pc is in the same condition as the house.very old, very dirty, basically anything but normal also).

However, the wife? continued to cuss, shutting other demining, off-color, discriminating terms so racist, that it shocked even me. All the while the husband? just stood there with his eyes wide open and a scared look in his face, not uttering a word (my guess he was in fear of receiving a back-hand from her). 

So I took back my clipboard and proceeded to the front door which the wife? had run to get and opened it for me, while never losing a breathe while continuing to cuss and degrade me on a personal and sub-human level (I was waiting and in fear of getting struck by them)

Anyway, this is what you deal with when you run your own business, and crazy customers. I wish to apologize to any of our real 2,000 plus customers whom may happen to come across and read this trash from a mean and hurtful people. 

I dont think they will be receiving a Holiday card from us this year, take care yall.
