PC Memory Company ripoff by non-delivery of goods after payment Miami Florida
After searching the internet for a bulk supplier of 256Mb USB flash disks, I found pcmemoryco.net
I contacted them and all was great and I ordered 120 SanDisk Mini Cruzer 256Mb falsh memory disks. They sent a bill and I organised for my school to transfer the funds into the account of these people.
From then on I heard nothing from them, no responses to emails or replies to phone calls (I always went through to a message machine and phone calls were not replied to).
I sent an email threatening to report them to the poloce and consumer affairs etc, and redeived an email saying that they had not received my payment. Meanwhile I had my bank check and verify that the funds had been deposited into the correct account on the day specified by me. I replied saying that there statement was obviously false and could they send me my goods or return my (the school's) money. No response.
I reported them to Consumer Affairs at MiamiDade county in Florida, but they are just as bad and have not replied to my emails either! No wonder they can get away with their rip-offs in Florida!
