PCFETCH Duo Peel Microdermabrasion Machine VISTA, California
Purchased a microdermabrasion machine from these people last year(2011), for my dayspa. It arrived promptly & well packaged. The assembly directions were very vague. Not sure where to connect the hoses. Called the phone number and it went to voice mail, but it was too full to leave message. I tried to guess which hose went where, but it was NOT working properly.
After several days of calling and emailing, someone finally answered the phone. He was very short and said I had to disconnect a specific hose to another connection. When I was trying to do that, I couldn't get it disconnected. He said 'work on it and call me back, I'm on a delivery'. I never was able to make contact again.
I emailed to get authorization to return the useless machine, they verified the address for the return. I assumed that was the authorization. I sent the machine UPS, with insurance. They received the machine and we never got a refund. They deny receiving it and won't refund the $1600.
Do not do business with these people!
