Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
We signed up for a $7500 loan with Pemberton Referrals after we had did our due diligence to check them out and make sure that they were legit.  We did not see any adverse information about them and felt a little comfortable in trying to do business with them.

When we got the contracts and discussed the particulars and procedures of the contracts and the process of attaining the$7500 loan, we decided to go forward with the process. we sent the secured fees that was required to them via western union.  the fees were verified and picked up.

they told us we would have our money next morning.  the next morning came and there was no loan proceeds deposited in our account.  they then asked if we were aware of our credit situation and we were very appalled to hear this being that they knew fully well our credit situation hence the fact that they went and required us to provide security payment of $915.

Then with great shock tell us that they want us to give them more money in order for us to get the loan.  We refused to give them anymore money.  We reinerated that the contract stipulated that we were to pay the $915 which we paid in full. That was the last of our money.  They did not care and they tell us then that if we did not pay the additional $915 we would not get the loan.

We refused and then they stipulated that they will send us our money back in 30days we said no you need to wire it back to us as quick as you got it.  We did not wait thirty days to give you the money and therefore we should not have to wait thirty days to get it back.

Then they hung up on us.  We will spread the word through the internet as well as the newspaper media and radio stations to avoid doing business with this company.  They are a rip off

This is called an "Advance Fee Scam".

Unfortunately, you fell for a scam and it was a scam from the outset.

There was no loan and there never was going to be a loan.  They were only after your money.

Had you sent the second $915, they would've hit you up for more.  They would've kept telling you to pay more until you realized that you had been scammed.
