a person reason this type of information, who is not knowledgeable to is a financial bind would be giving up this 49.00, which may not appear to be much to most, and loose it.
I know it says let the buy beware but not all persons would take the time to go to the internet and check them out. Their packaging is so official and promising but deceiving.
