Peoples Credit First ripoff deception Jacksonville Florida
I received a letter in the mail stating I was pre-approved for a visa credit card and all I had to do was send them 49.00 so I wrote them a check. A friend of mine told me to go to ripoff.com I might want to read it, so I did. Peoples Credit First was all over it.
So I called them, they hung up on me twice. Finally I talked to a supervisor, and asked him was this a credit card or a card to use only through them he said only through there catalog I then told the man I did'nt need that kind of card my husband and I have 4 major credit cards, he then stated there was nothing he could do it was going to be printed on the 23rd of June and that when I got it I could send it back and they would refund my money.
Todays date is 7-22-02 and I have still not received my money.
