Pep Boy's Automotive Supercenter ripoff "EASY TARGET A WOMAN BRINGS THE CAR"!!! North Little, Rock Arkansas
took my car in orginally for an alignment for about sixty or seventy dollars.i was told that i need front tire rod ends and some more repairs.the repair man told me that i was looking at spending about eight to nine hundred dollars.
he ask me if i wanted the work done i told him yes. so, i told him i bought my own fog lights could i get those put on he said yes.all the work was done i wrote a check for seven hundred and sixty seven dollars. three days later i could not get my fog lights to work. so i called pep boys the guy that was there when i took my car was not there they told me to call back when he's their.
his name is larry. well things rocked on and i didn't have time to take the car back. so i just forget about it. well three weeks later i started having problems with my car i take the car in for my breaks and my tire and i tell the repair guy the problem and i told him i was just in here three weeks ago and i didn't get my lugnuts and covers on that someone was going to call me when they came in that never happend so i told the guy that i wanted my car fixed right and to make sure that my fog lights were on there well they put the fog lights on there and forgot to charge for labor.
do you think it's fair for me to pay for an oversite on their behave remember i was gone away from the shop for three weeks or more if my tire and breaks was not giving me problems i would have never taken my car back in they realize that they did't charge me then so why not get paid that has really hurt me i'm very very up-set with pep boys i get all my car business done their and i work at one of the largest hospital in arkansas and i send all my family and friends and co-workers, and church members their can you really afford to loss 300 to 400 people? tell me how can you make things better for me? broken hearted customer.
i don't know if i will ever go back to pep boys again i will give you a chance to talk with me before i let all my friends and family and church member know about my treatment.
