Perfect Aqua Purifier, LLC Big Ripoff! Austin Texas
First they give you the pitcher "free" + $9.95 shipping. Then they want you to buy filters every 3 months to the tune of 149.85. If you don't agree to buy the filters they will charge $60.00 for the "free" pitcher. Customer service was horrible, and now it is nonexistant because apparrently they have gone out of business and filed bankrupcy as of May 26th, 2016.
It was impossible to try and return the pitcher when I finally was able to talk to someone, I did get them finally to agree to send only one filter instead of 3, but they charged my card for the filter on May 9th, and I never received it. I have had to file a dispute on the charge with the credit card. I have read other reports where people are saying the filter is no good and doesn't work, etc. Bottom line - I would not recommend this pitcher to anyone!
