I ordered the complete series of Northern Exposure on dvd from waybackdvdshows.com shortly after I placed my order I received a confirmation email, the email contained an order number but no tracking number and no phone number, I was told to email if I had any questions or concerns. The email also stated that I would be billed on behalf of perfect dvds.
After 13 days I emailed a Misty Richmond who emailed me my confirmation asking her about my order. It was then that I noticed the only way I could get answers was through an email and I became suspicious. I googled perfectdvds and had my suspicions confirmed. These people are scammers!
They have since changed the name of their website to continue to dupe people. I have not received anything from them as of yet and if I do I am sure it will be junk like everyone else's. It kills me that people do things like this especially around the holidays. I had ordered these dvds for my fiance and now have to re-order them from a reputable company (NBC). Atleast my bank is working with me and I will get my money back...but I will definately make sure to check the websites better that I order from in the future.
