Complaint Review: Perris Valley Kia - Perris California

I bought a Kia Soul after spending six hours for them to find financing after I was a victim of identify theft. Although I have cleaned up the mess it is still a nightmare trying to get credit. I signed the papers and went home. My trade in was $1,000 for a Dodge Caravan unseen. They picked it up at my home three weeks later and Joseph my salesmen drove it to their lot. A few days after I bought they called saying they needed to redo all the paperwork. I went and signed the papers and got copies. Three weeks later they wanted my taxes for 2012. I gave them 2011and made a appointment to do my taxes that Thursday. Being a terminal patient (will provide doctors diagnosis) I got a migraine. Joseph then picked up my car the next day. On Friday I did my taxes and emailed them to Eric. I call three times a day. Their phone system shows caller ID so my calls are never answered. I let the sales line ring 55 times. When I get a recording and leave a message not once was a call returned until I mentioned I spoke to my attorney who I was a Paralegal for until my diagnosis. I told them I was advised to tell them they had three options. Push my finances through, fix the Dodge Caravan they now claim has a gas pump and tank problem (funny it was fixed in January if 2011) or give me a check for $1,000 for the van that has been on their lot for two months. 

This has so stressed me I have been getting migraines a condition caused by viens in my brain swelling when under stress. My children found me passed out in my bedroom, called my Neurologist and took me to hi us hospital. My children explained my stress, depression at being treated like trash. Joseph and I spent six hours together during my purchase date. He noticed my medical necklace and asked what I had. I then took out the four dog tags that show all my terminal and non terminal conditions. He wanted to know about each one so I shared the medical history with him. He knew what I was going through and still lied like a Sierra Alpha when I got through to him using my daughters phone by saying the Sir., Jr. and finance manager were in a big meeting as we spoke. He would call me, he swore my deal was going through and he would call before five. That was a week ago. My neurologist says that being under so much stress, being depressed, not eating or drinking being in pain and only taking the medication to help my terminals and not taking the full doses of pain medications ( to be ready when I got my call from Joseph)caused piggyback migraines.

My daughter emailed Joseph while I was in the hospital to tell him and have him call her to see what needs to be done. She said please call between 11:00a.m to 1:00p.m. and nothing. Last resort is filing breath of contract for the two different contracts I signed, damage to my van still in their possession, fraud and just about anything else my attorney can file in Superior Court ( where there's no ceiling on damages instead of Municipal Court where the total amount is $9,999.99. So if you plan to buy a car from Perris Kia, read between the lines or come on over and see my file full of useless paperwork.
