Personal Cellular Systems ,PCS VERIZON WIRELESS FRAUD Representatives use your account!! FRAUD CHARGES!!!! Los Angeles California
****They used my account information to buy a phone for themselves!!****
THIS IS AN INDEPENDENT VERIZON WIRELESS STORE ** BEWARE!!!!!**
On December 30th, 2008, I bought a cellular phone from this store. Unsatisfied with the phone, I returned it on January 21, 2009. On January 26, 2009, I checked my Verizon Wireless online statement and was billed for an "equipment fee" on January 21, 2009. After calling Verizon Wireless, it was concluded that someone had posed as me, Dina Amiri, and ordered a BlackBerry Storm phone on my account. The shipping address that was given was 3101 Overland Ave, Unit F (This is PERSONAL CELLULAR SYSTEMS).
After filing a complaint with Verizon Wireless, they notified me that a representative from this indirect Verizon Wireless store has FRAUDULANTLY bought a phone on my name. After contacting Personal Cellular Systems, the salesman, Kristopher C. that helped me during my last visit to their store, stated that his manager "Mike G." (whom turned out to be the business owner) billed my account for "an extended warranty on the phone" that I purchased and returned in January. After notifying Verizon Wireless, they stated that they unlawfully charged my account by using my identity. The Verizon Wireless agent that spoke with the poser, noted all of this activity on my Verizon Wireless account. They also told me that Personal Cellular Systems has no right to charge me for an "extended warranty" nor for "scratch on the phone".
