Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In the month of June 2016 I received a letter claiming official documentation of postings needed to be in compliance with Federal and State regulations.  This is in the same time frame of registering my new founded business with the state of Oregon and obtianment of City of Oakridge business license.  I ordered ONE poster to display current regulated material.

There was an option to laminate for a total cost of $20.00, so I mailed in the payment.  Then I receive a phone call and a story of there is a package deal that wi cover ALL the needed compliance material to avoid a large fine if inspected and all material is not posted.  The total paid out was the $20.00 pus $224.24 and I received several laminated postings.

I was also told I would receive a free follow up as after July and January (via telephone call received by Personal Concepts) there will be new changes and again with no cost.  Around or about September cmes and I receive two different sized posters laminated of Employee Rights and a follow up invoice of $24.92 for HIPAA compliance poster to "reflect recent regulatory updates regarding mental health disclosures" with no informative statement revealing availability from government websites for free.

Along with the "Revised Federal FLSA Mnimum Wage and Employee Polygraph Protection Act" poster that will "protect your company from the fines and penalties associated with non-compliance".  I have received phone calls of "urgent" concern that I follow up with "updates".  There is an intimidating factor of purchasing materials to be in "compliance" as if Personal Concepts will be in charge of my complete offical postings.

Massiel Cabrera of Research and Product Development Team sent the items received in August but the letter is dated July 27, 2016 as a "Quaterly Subscription Update Enclosed" and "Important open immediately" pressure tatic.  The invoice for the HIPPA laminated poster came in September and invoice is dated August 23, 2016.  I am being milked more than on a  quaterly basis.
