I wanted to purchase some cute monogrammed baby items. This website seemed to be the perfect place, but it turned out to be a scam.
Initially, I had problems ordering online early December 2006. I tried calling their customer service line from 12/10-12/18, but received no response to messages left on their automated system. I just figured they were busy for Christmas so tried ordering online again 12/18/06. I was successful - or so I thought! As of mid-January 2007 I have not received any of the products ordered. Multiple emails have been sent and calls made - but no response. I believe my only options at this point include filing a complaint with the BBB and possibly the credit card company.

No one from the company ever personally responded to any of my daily calls or emails, but they did finally send the products I ordered. I recommend bugging them to death. It seemed to work for me.
