On 4/28/05 I ordered from personalizedforbaby.com an embroidered baby blanket for my newphew who was born on 4/21/05. After browsing through similar websites for baby clothing I decided on Personalizedforbaby.com. Their website states that once the order is placed, I was to receive a confirmation email with an order number and tracking number. I did receive this confirmation email with the order number, but the tracking number was omitted. They also state that if you have any questions about your order to please email them at
[email protected] or call them at (888) 796-9238. I placed several phone calls to this number, leaving my information so they would call me back, I never received a call back. According to them, after the order is placed, the merchandise is to be shipped within 1-3 business days.
I then emailed them inquiring if the personal note to be enclosed with the package had been enclosed. I received a reply email from Julie Galbreath, President of Personalized for Baby, Inc., asking me for the order number. She said she'd be happy to track my package. I forwarded her the order number NEVER to hear from her. I emailed her again, and without fail, she asks about the order number. I forward her the order number and also inquire as to why I have not been given a tracking number like their website suggests. I have yet to hear from her.
It's been over 2 weeks since I placed my order and I have yet to hear from Julie Galbreath. I believe this website is fraudulent and hope to notify others so that they won't be ripped off too!!
