Pet Ride Delivery Agency Che Chimeze Che, English Bull Dog Scam from Frank Poters and Pet Ride Delivery Agency, Internet
A person by the supposed name of Frank Poters working with a made up company called Pet Ride Delivery Agency offered the adoption of two english bulldogs named Alvin and Daisy that I found while searching the internet under the petfinder.com website. This individual said he lived in Minnessota and was offering the adoption of the puppies for a delivery fee of $300.00. Mr. Poters never gave me a telephone number to speak to him personally and throughout the process communicated only though text and email. Animal Welfare Agency was involved in wanting to charge over $2000.00 for vaccinations, boarding,feeding, paperwork, etc.
The first place a payment was sent to was receiver Per Delivery Agency: NDE WANKA in Minnesota. The other address where money was to be shipped was to was receiver Animal Welfare: Che Chimeze Che Yaounde, Centra Cameroon 00237. Finally when all was paid and I received an email stating that I would receive the flight details shortly, the next day I received another email stating there was still another fee. This happened three times. After being stupid enough to pay twice, the third time it was not going to happen. I never received another response to any emails I sent telling them I knew it was a scam and it would be reported. The prior responses were, "Trust me, it's not much" and "Awaiting your response".
