Thuis guy is not your typical nice realtor.... He will lie, avoid your phone calls, and refuse paying his bills. I did work for Peter and he avoided my calls for payment and his staff threatened to have me hunted/tracked down after I demanded payment. I wouldn't trust him with my home or money because he will lie and avoid you over very little money. I would not do any work on his listings, homes or for his business or you will get the same treatment. Realtors beware, he may steal your clients and listings.

To the "owner" of this mailing list.... take a look at that ridiculous email you are stating was sent from the Nemethy Group. The grammar is extremely poor, not something that would be sent from a business email, trying to attract clients. I was part of the "mass email group" this went to. Mr. Nemethy's email contact list was hacked and emails were sent to his business contacts. You should be ashamed of the way YOU conduct business.

The Nemethy Group is using stolen data to acquire clients.
Stolen because they did not pay for their Usage and continue to send out emails, to lists, that are not their Owned-Intellectual Property. This is a crime.
In Peter Nemethy's Instance, this became a crime when he refused to pay for lists he ordered. And like a Sneaky Thief, began using them 6 months later. I am a data provider and I "Seed," any lists so I will see if my products are disseminated fraudulantly.
Buyers and Vendors Beware. He ALSO NEVER EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE NUMBERS HE ADVERTISES. You draw your own conclusions.
He bought lists in Jan 2012. Refused to Pay for them. Started sending out emails from this address:

Clearwater, FL, Peter Nemethy of RE/MAX METRO, emailed that he ordered our services and we delivered. But he refuses to pay. His office staff threatened to ruin me for telling the truth. This guy is great until it is time to pay for services rendered. Contractors Beware !!!
